Marston Sicca Parish Council will be holding drop-in sessions at Meon Vale Village Hall on alternate Fridays.

The Parish Council will take over responsibility for the Village Hall, Pavilion, car parks, sports pitches, and allotments from 28th February.

Meon Vale Residents Association General Meeting

📍 Monday 31st March at 7:00 PM – Meon Vale Village Hall

We’ve got an exciting evening planned, including:

• A guest speaker from Porterbrook Rail Centre to tell us about their expansion plans.

• An update from Marston Sicca Parish Council on the transfer of key community assets.

• A chance to ask your burning questions about the future of Meon Vale!

All residents are welcome – we’d love to see you there.

Come along to the Village Hall and Pavilion for a day of talks, walks, and family activities focused on making our community more environmentally friendly.

📢 Consultation closes on 7th March

This plan includes a proposal for up to 10,000 homes around Meon Vale, Shackleton, and Long Marston Airfield. There are policies about improving infrastructure, but there’s no certainty yet on road network improvements around Stratford.

Meon Vale Residents Association – Get Involved!

Can you help us make Meon Vale a special and welcoming community?

The Meon Vale Residents Association was set up 4 years ago as The Voice of Meon Vale, and we’re going from strength to strength! We’ve been planting hundreds of trees and bulbs, setting up new groups like the Youth Club and Art Club, and planning some great community events for 2025.

But we need your help! Could you…

• Help with social media and publicity?

• Lend a hand at community events?

• Take on the role of Treasurer?

Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here a while, getting involved is a great way to meet people and be part of something special.
